 NUCLEAR - IRAQ WARNED BY UN COUNCIL
 The five permanent members of the UN
 Security Council warned President
 Saddam Hussein of grave consequences if
 he fails to identify all Iraq's nuclear
 installations by July 25.


 Representatives of the US, Britain, the
 USSR, China and France gave the warning
 at a meeting with Iraq's UN Ambassador.

 The move is aimed at speeding up the
 inspection of Iraq's nuclear, chemical
 and biological weapons sites.

 ROERMOND - GARDAI STILL HOLDING HARTE
 Gerard Harte, 27, who was freed by a
 Dutch court after being cleared of IRA
 membership yesterday, is still being
 held by Gardai at Dublin's Bridewell.

 Mr Harte of Lurgan, Armagh was arrested
 under Section 30 of the Offences
 Against the State Act when he landed at
 Dublin airport from Holland last night.

 It is understood he is being questioned
 about firearms offences allegedly
 committed here in 1989.

 He was acquitted last week of murdering
 two Australian tourists in Roermond,
 Holland in 1990.
